TA Trip Tracker replaces scattered systems with one streamlined workflow.
Add a Trip in TA Trip Tracker allows agents to create and manage trips by entering key details, including a unique trip number, destination, trip type, number of travelers, trip start date, final payment date, end date, customer name, budget, and final price—all in one organized place.
The Trip Details feature in TA Trip Tracker allows agents to easily record and view all trip confirmation numbers in one centralized location. For each booking, agents can enter confirmation details for every trip component—including flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, cruises, tours, and additional services—keeping everything organized and accessible at a glance. For more complex itineraries, agents can add multiple confirmation numbers across numerous suppliers and components, ensuring nothing is overlooked. This streamlined system makes managing detailed, multi-layered trips simple and efficient, while providing quick access to critical information whenever it’s needed.
In TA Trip Tracker, agents guide trips through a clear, step-by-step workflow that reflects the real sales process. A Trip Request begins when a traveler submits an inquiry. Once a proposal is prepared and sent for review, the trip moves to Trip Proposal. If the traveler requests changes, it shifts to Trip Modification, and when the proposal is approved, it advances to Trip Accepted—signaling it’s time to begin booking the trip components. After everything is confirmed, the agent moves the trip to Trip Booked, and from that point forward, TA Trip Tracker automatically advances the trip through the remaining pipeline stages. Agents can easily drag and drop trips between stages or update the status directly on the trip card, making the entire process intuitive, visual, and efficient.
TA Trip Tracker automatically advances each trip through the post-booking pipeline based on important milestones such as the final payment date, trip departure date, and return date. Once a trip is marked as booked, the system moves it through structured stages including Trips Booked, Final Payment, 45-Day Trip Review, Bon Voyage, Trips Traveling, Welcome Home, 6-Month Follow-Up, and 1-Year Follow-Up. This automated progression ensures timely client communication, consistent follow-up, and a seamless post-booking experience—without agents having to manually track every deadline.
The TA Trip Tracker Library is your go-to resource hub, stocked with a collection of essential, ready-to-use documents designed to simplify your travel planning and client management. While it offers a solid foundation of generic templates and materials accessible to all agents, it also allows you the flexibility to personalize and expand the library by adding your own custom documents. This blend of shared and self-created resources ensures you have everything you need right at your fingertips to deliver smooth, professional service every time.
